AMV RESIDENCES

AMV – Located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Dubai, a series of three villas play into context, materiality and light. Design as a micro-masterplan the three residences collectively form an austere front elevation. Set back from the street, visitors and passers by are met with a landscaped front garden.

The massing of the architecture is solid, confident, stacked and heavy at face value. It reveals itself as open and transparent as users navigate through the architecture to the back of each residence where they are met with openness and transparency.

A complex play on materiality and textures, permeability and solidity, AMV is a welcomed addition to Dubai’s residential offering.
